TIM: un servizio indecente!

Come avevo anticipato nel topic in cui giustificavo la mia assenza causata da un guasto TIM, ho pubblicato a questo indirizzo un esauriente articolo che dovrebbe risultare molto istruttivo su come la TIM affronta i problemi e tratta i suoi clienti affezionati.

Non posso accettare di restare completamente inascoltato, da una azienda che pago profumatamente, per oltre due settimane, o di farmi riappendere in faccia da un cretino che lavora al 187 senza reagire, anche per questo ho pubblicato l'articolo, ma soprattutto per mettere in guardia tutti coloro che stanno pensando di passare a TIM: lasciate perdere!
