Ho fatto un ordine il 18/08/2015.
Seguendo le indicazioni in 10-15 giorni avrei dovuto ricevere il prodotto, invece, a distanza di più di 1 mese, non si ha notizia.
E pensare che il sito riporta : 7 day per l'ordine + 3 giorni per il package + i giorni per la spedizione scelta.

I'd like to know if the 10 days are from 08/18/2015 or by now 08/31/2015. If you send it in 3 days for expedited shipping i'll wait it. If i had to wait other 10 days (by now), i want to be refunded of all my money (item and other = €. 152,56)

It's impossible. I can't trust the you have cancelled my order before ti be confirmed . I've write that i'd like know how many time in nesecessary as if the ten days starting from yesterday or from order day. You think it is correct to cancel an order without notifying the customer that the wait to repay the money will be equal if not greater than the time it takes to evare order ? Re-run the order I made the 08/18/2015 and proceed with the shipment . When will I receive the phone ordered analyze the product , the delivery method and the conditions of arrival of the package then we will make a review on the major international blogs . I look forward to what I ordered
